Mentoring for Jenard participants

Workplace mentoring is integral to Jenard’s training and assessment methodology. We ask that each workplace appoints a mentor for their learner. The role of this person is to mentor and guide the learner as they progress through their training and assessment and ensure the new learning is being implemented in the workplace.
